Aloe To Go

Aloe Vera is one of the most universal herbs anybody could ingest. It does wonders for your external burns as well as internal. It helps with ulcers, oral hygiene, contains all 8 essential amino acids, helps reduce allergy symptoms, alkalizer (balances internal acidity), promote healthy digestion, anti-bacterial, anti-biotic, immunity booster, combats aging, anti-inflammatory, AND an anti-viral ๐Ÿ™‚ so it’s pretty much the most amazing thing that our mother has to offer! But it doesn’t taste that awesome by itself, and only ingest up to 4 oz a day other wise it can be counter productive with over consumption. So here’s my recipe ๐Ÿ™‚

4oz aloe
10oz water
2 oz lemon juice
2tbsp honey
2tbsp agave

Makes a perfect 16 oz

I’m gonna keep experimenting and next time ill put some pineapple juice in it ๐Ÿ™‚ and it’s only 2/3 organic this time, the lemon and honey aren’t organic ๐Ÿ˜ฆ but when I get money eventually it’ll be fully natural!
